Welcome to the Social Media Club of Utah Valley

This is the online home of the Social Media Club of Utah Valley. We’re the Utah Valley chapter of the worldwide Social Media Club organization based in San Francisco, California. We are one of three social media clubs in Utah. We invite anyone interested in social media topics—whether it be for business or personal use—to join our club and to attend our meetings. There is no charge. Like our two in-state sister chapters, our goal is to expand social media literacy, provide educational opportunities, and promote ethical social media standards.

Our club was formed in May 2009 with the help of three founding members (and a handful of very dedicated supporters). We typically meet on the first Thursday of each month. We hope you’ll attend our events, and also volunteer to help. If you know of companies or individuals that could provide interesting, informative content for our meetings, please let us know.
